Certified as a vocational expert by the American Board of Vocational Experts and the Commission on Rehabilitation Counseling, Ms. Hawk can provide up to date and accurate information on family law, personal injury, workers compensation and employment law. She can provide timely information on a single vocational topic or give you a comprehensive evaluation of a client's employment potential. Ms. Hawk has worked in both the public and private sectors for thirty years providing vocational analysis, research, training and job placement services. For the past ten years she has specialized as a vocational expert. As a member of Bay Area Vocational Experts (B.A.V.E.). Ms. Hawk helped to establish standards for use in family law cases. This set of vocational guidelines was reviewed by peers, attorneys, and judges to insure it met the needs of all involved in family law cases. Ms. Hawk is active in The Collaborative Council of the Redwood Empire, an organization devoted to divorce without court. She also provides pro bono services to On Your Feet Foundation in San Francisco, an organization developed to assist birth mothers achieve personal and financial independence. In addition, Ms. Hawk is an active member of Advanced Collaborative Team Solutions, an organization serving modest means individuals going through divorce.
